2025 State Cup Champions!
Congratulations to the girls on winning State Cup! This is Cap City's 1st Elite Division title. It was overdue!
The 09 Girls Grey won the title on their 4th consecutive trip to the state finals. They over came a fierce opponent who they lost to in the 2024 finals.
The girls never stopped working and believing in themselves over the years. They weren't going to be denied this year.
The team is coached by Ryan Hosler and Emily Basten.

Congratulations to a true team effort on winning the State Cup! A group of 20 players (8 girls new to Cap City and 11 different area communities represented on the team) finished their incredible run in the State Cup with a decisive 1-0 win!
A last-minute tie (in pool play) followed by a semi-final win (both over the 2024 champs) led to the hard-fought victory over a team that was playing in their 2nd straight final.
The 2009 Girls Blue team has enjoyed working hard at practice and believed in each from the very beginning with this Championship being an example of what can be accomplished when each player puts "team" over "self".
