MSU BALL BOYS AND BALL GIRLS
FALL 2018
Cap City has a unique opportunity to serve as the Ball Boys and Ball Girls for the MSU Men's and Women's Soccer teams. We are excited to offer this experience to our players.. It is a great experience to be involved with the college game at MSU. Both teams are good and play an entertaining technical style of game.
Our players will have the opportunity to be on the field close to the action! We will encourage all of our players to attend MSU Men's and Women's home soccer games to learn from watching a high level of play. FYI, there are players on the men's team and women's team that Cap City staff have coached at some point in their careers, some are even former Cap City players!
- Cap City teams U14 and younger will be assigned to games to serve as ball boys or girls. U15 and older are considered recruitable age players and are not allowed to serve as ball boys or girls.
- We will need 4-6 players at each game.
- Players will be asked to arrive 30 minutes prior to kick off. Players should report to the officials tent in between the two team benches.
- All players serving as ball boys and ball girls must wear their black away jersey, black shorts, and black socks. Blue (of any shade!) will not be permitted anywhere on the field at MSU!! Sorry Michigan fans...
- All players must wear cleats or flats. No sandals! Players do not need to wear shin guards.
- All players must be attentive and be active during the game. No sitting or laying down on the field. Your job is to help keep the flow of the game going be helping track down balls out of bounds and getting a new ball back into play.
Your coach will assign players or ask for you to volunteer for the games. At a minimum we must have 4 players at each game. 6 players is ideal.
